I’m back!! So this most recent trip to Las Vegas was very memorable. The food was good, the hotels were great, but the company made it the best! On our second day, we had lunch at Mon Ami Gabi, a French bistro inside the Paris Resort and Hotel. Getting here was a little painful because of the excruciating heat but when we arrived it was nice and cool. Before we were seated, we were asked if we wanted a balcony table or interior one. We chose the inside despite the wonderful views outside of the Bellagio foundations – it was just way too hot! Our view wasn’t that bad and we were even able to see the fountain show!- This is from my iphone:
Free Bread – it was like a French Baguette, really yummy! We gobbled up the first one, and when the waiter brought us another one, we gobbled that one up too.
Gruyere cheese, Bacon, and Sweet Onion Burger. This burger was super good and the fries were really crispy. The fries here are different in that they look like flattened fries. Many of them were crispy because of this, and they tasted like a mix of fries and chips! Yummy! This burger is the same price as many of the 24 hour coffee shops in Vegas but sooo much better. My dad ordered this one, and he liked it a lot.
My mom orderd this one. This was just a regular Cobb Salad but “French” so they added some French stuff I couldn’t decipher! My mom and I liked it, but my dad didn’t like it as much. I think it may have been the chopped celery that was in the salad…a lot of it. Nonetheless, I thought it was rather freshing and tasty!
I had the Quiche Lorraine! The quiche was very tasty but a little mushy. Overall it was good and I’d definitely order it and recommend it! Although it was good I still prefer our rendition- check out our recipe here!
Mon Ami Gabi is a really good and affordable French Bistro/Restaurant in Las Vegas. The impeccable service and nice atmosphere is a bonus! Also, the fact that it’s right across from the Bellagio is nice, because you can totally watch the show from across the street. With all this into account, I thought the prices were very affordable–nice size portions, tasty, and great vibe. This restaurant surely beats any of the mundane “coffee shops” or 24 hour places at the hotels.
We were here for lunch and would love to come back for dinner sometime. I hear the Steak Bearnaise and Seared Scallops are delicious! We’ll update if we end up going sometime!

Mon Ami Gabi has been a home run since it opened. Restaurants come and go here in Las Vegas, but they really are doing it right.
DO try it again when the weather is more cooperative. There is NOTHING like sitting outside, the ambiance of the Las Vegas Strip, people watching, and enjoying the fountains of Bellagio a number of times while you enjoy dining
Great post… made me want to head over there this week!
