		<description><![CDATA[You are so wonderful! I just had this for lunch at a food court and promised my son I would make it at home but had no idea how. The photos really help. I am going to add carrot, romaine lettuce, onion and a boiled egg because that is how it is usually served where we get it. I was able to guess all of the ingredients except the hon dashi and I knew I was missing something. The one we have seems like maybe they add some jarred kimchi base because it is wetter than the one in your pictures.]]></description>
